  1. A UX writing assistant for a company with one UX writer

    I turned Volvo Group’s UX writing guidelines into a Claude skill that designers and developers use while they write. Then I tested it against the standards it was built on.

  2. Skouta: official Swedish alerts in English people can act on

    Fika Design Co.2026UX Nordic Award finalist

    Skouta is a real-time iOS app that brings alerts from Swedish authorities to people who don’t speak Swedish. I built it with my cofounder at Fika Design Co.

  3. Copy rules built into every component

    Volvo Group2026Password required

    I wrote content guidelines into every component of Volvo Group’s Figma Make kit, so AI-generated screens have our standards to draw on.

Transactional emails that got people to act

Kraken, 2021 to 2022. Senior UX Writer.

Account activation and security emails were the biggest pain points in Kraken’s transactional set. I led their redesign and worked with UX research, brand and product from the first data to final sign-off.
