Who am I?
A content designer with a marketing and copywriting background. Author of “The Brand Voice Lab”, an online course for anyone who creates or shapes the voice of content.

What do I do?
I write interface conversations - UX copy, emails and buttons, buttons, buttons.
I tell product stories - video scripts and website content.
I build personalities - naming, taglines, voice and style guides.
I also do a bit of research, sketch a lot of notes and keep my thesaurus options open.

I write short stories, read around (Neil Gaiman is an English God), snoop on detective games, craft the occasional jewelry, travel whenever possible (❤️ Greece) and share my 2 cents on @UXdoneWrite.
