I’m a senior content designer who builds the language systems complex products need to feel clear, trustworthy, and human.

For the past 9 years, I've worked across fintech, security, automotive, Web3 and consumer technology – often as the first content person in the room, establishing the foundations teams build from.


My work lives at the intersection of UX writing and systems thinking: defining voice and tone, designing content patterns, shaping the standards that make products coherent at scale.

I'm currently the content design lead for a global multi-brand design system at Volvo Group, and I've worked with companies including Kraken, MoonPay and Bitdefender.

What I do

  • Content design systems – voice and tone, writing standards, content patterns, documentation for designers and engineers.

  • UX writing for complex flows – onboarding, transactional experiences, system messaging, error states, trust-critical interactions.

  • AI content strategy – developing AI tools for content generation and auditing, working with LLM outputs and prompt frameworks to maintain quality at scale.

  • Cross-functional partnership – embedded in product teams, working across design, engineering, legal, research, brand, and marketing to align content with business and user goals.

What I think

  • The best content design is mostly invisible. When it works, users don't notice the words – they just know what to do, what to expect and whether they can trust a product.

  • What draws me to this work in particular is the the systems side of it: the challenge of creating language that scales, that stays coherent across teams and touchpoints, that makes a complex product feel like it was built by people who actually thought about the person using it.

  • I'm particularly interested in how AI is changing content creation and quality – not as a replacement for good judgment, but as an amplifier.
