New name, tagline & website content for a live streaming learning app
An upcoming product needed a new identity, including a new name, tagline and presentation website.
NEW NAME & TAGLINE
Frizbee was a peer-to-peer video streaming platform, dedicated to hobby education and development.
Context:
The app had previously “worn” an internal name which was no longer usable, due to emerging competitors. The new name had to convey the redefined product to a larger & more diverse audience.
It was also important to get the buy-in of team members, who had been accustomed and had become attached to the app’s previous name.
My input:
Collaborated with product owner to thoroughly understand all product features & its promise to the users
Researched & profiled target audiences, sketching primary user personas
Developed several naming versions, narrowing down to the winner
Created product tagline, iterating several versions
Collaborated with product designer in the logo creating process

Context:
Frizbee needed to introduce its new app, while also highlighting the benefits of the product’s underlying technology. The website also needed to stimulate user onboarding and establish Frizbee’s brand personality.
The fix: I used Frizbee’s user personas and market research to adapt the style and information to the target audience profile. I also focused on highlighting the product’s benefits and ease of use for the app’s two main user categories.
My input:
Collaborated with product owners to catalogue features & benefits and profile target users
Wrote copy for the entire website, focusing on clearly defining product benefits and matching them with the target audience’s needs
Defined information structure on site
Collaborated with UX/UI designer to refine page layout and content fit
