Context:
The technology used by the Tokit app and its impact on the app’s user flow and features were potential blockers in product adoption. The content needed to build trust among users and help them cross the technological gap, to discover the benefits of Tokit.
The fix: I wrote a series of 12 video guides scripts, covering Tokit’s fundamental features and use cases, along with answers for the most frequent user questions.
My input:
Collaborated with product designers and developers to understand major product features, user flows and usage scenarios
Catalogued topics, prioritized and organized them into 12 intuitive and friendly guides
Developed copy for 12 video scripts, validating the information presented with product owner and integrating Tokit’s brand personality
