Content writing for the launch of an app for home cooks
Pepper needed a presentation website which would explain their app for home cooks in simple terms, and communicate the Pepper brand.





WEBSITE COPYWRITING
Context:
Pepper did not have a clear brand personality and they also needed to stand out against competitors.
The fix:
I researched and built profiles for users from Pepper’s core target audience, focusing on identifying their needs, aspirations and values. I also researched Pepper’s competitors, analyzing their key propositions and differentiators.
I overlapped the research results with Pepper’s proposition and mapped out Pepper’s personality and how it should connect with its target audience.
My input:
Collaborated with product owners to understand app features and align on key messages
Developed content style guide, to establish a reference for current and future communication and presence
Developed Pepper’s tone of voice
Wrote copy for entire website, based on prototypes developed by product designer
FAQ PAGE
Context:
Pepper needed a comprehensive FAQ page to make it easy for its main users to understand the benefits, features and mechanics of the upcoming app.
The fix:
To create a helpful and enjoyable FAQ page I needed to research future users’ behavior, needs and potential questions, and pair them with Pepper’s features, user flows and the processes required by applicable legislation (food industry).
My input:
Referred to user personas and user flows to create a list of most probable information required by future users
Developed copy for resulting list of questions & answers, integrating Pepper’s content style guide, to create content which would assist and charm users
